I’m using Devonthink 3 and am unable to create a .zip archive of a database, despite verifying/repairing the database and trying to export the .zip file to several different places, none of which are shared.
Whenever I export a .zip file, the app stays on step “3 of 3: Creating Zip Archive” for more than 1 hour (during which time Devonthink can’t be used) before saying “Creating the .Zip archive failed.”
Can someone please help?
