Custom Metadata sync between IOS and Mac

Hello everyone,

Congratulations on the new release. It looks very polished and it is great to see that DTTG is now included with the Mac app subscription.

I am excited to start using the new custom metadata features. I have been using custom metadata in the Mac app for years, but the fields I created on macOS are not appearing in DTTG. I thought these fields would be visible across both platforms.

Is metadata created on the Mac supposed to sync and display in the mobile app, or do fields created on one platform only exist on that platform?

Thanks for any clarification.

You need to sync the Global Inbox as well.

Open DEVONthink To Go’s Settings > About and tap Contact Us to open a support ticket.
