Every so often, when I attempt to launch DevonAgent 2.3.1 a message appears on my screen which says that I can’t use the app because it’s not supported by this architecture.
The DA icon has a circle with a diagonal slash through it.
If I redownload/reinstall DA it then works fine once again.
What could be the problem?

As we’ve never received similar reports, I can only guess that the installation is damaged (especially as a reinstallation fixes the problem). If this should happen again, then please zip the application and send it to cgrunenberg - at - devon-technologies.com and I’ll try to reproduce this over here. Thanks.
