"Database is already in use"

I keep getting the message when I try to open databases in DEVONThink Pro Beta 4 (this has happened since Beta 3). I can choose ignore, but it keeps popping up. Is there something wrong?

In the past, I’ve used the ‘Verify and Repair’ command to fix this.

This does not work any more. I do a Verify and Repair, quit DEVONThink and still get the warning/error. I have also turned off(?) the sorter.

Anybody else having this problem or know of a solution?

Update: This seems to happen to me only when I have the preference “Startup → Open windows that were open on quit” turned on. Bug with the “restore open windows” stuff?
