Database Storage - Did I mess up?

So not sure what happened, I upgraded from a MBP to a Mac Mini. Did a fresh install, transferred files I needed manually, installed apps that I needed.

I am reviewing my DevonThink databases on the Mac Mini. I recall that when I first installed DTPO, I created a new folder (DevonThinkDB) and put it in my user folder.

In any case, I found the following and I was confused on what to do. I see the folder DevonThinkDB and that has my .dtbase2 file but then I see another folder called Databases with a random icon. What should be the best protocol? Is it safe to delete that Database folder? Should I move my .dtbase2 file into that folder? Thank you.

It’s your choice. The Databases folder is created as a convenience so people have a single location to store their databases. Since you’re already using an existing folder in your Home directory, you can can continue to use it, is you wish.
