Hi. I have DEVONthink Pro Office on my Mac and DEVONthink To Go on iPhone and iPad. I sync using iCloud. I have three databases, all included in the sync. When I opened my iPhone just now, I saw on the locked screen a message, headed DEVONthink, saying something like “Error- database store damaged beyond repair - re-download your databases” . Is this a genuine message? Is so, what might have caused the damage? Looking now at Preferences on the Mac app., I see that synchronisation is reported as going on as usual, and having opened a database on DEVONthink To Go on the phone, a synchronisation is happening there too. I hope someone can help. Thanks.
This is the kind of topic you should be starting a support ticket for.
In DEVONthink To Go, select Help > Contact Us. Thanks.
Thanks for that, I did, and it’s been sorted.
Glad to be of service.
