Database type. Still .dtBase2?

With the latest upgrade to DTTG 3, my understanding is that it uses a new database format. Or perhaps I totally misunderstand. Anyhow, that’s why I’m asking on the Mac platform, is the format of the database still supposed to be .dtBase2?

I’ve already upgraded to DTT3 and things have automatically synced. On my Mac, database format remains .dtBase2. Mac version is v3.6.2.

There is no change to the format. It’s still .dtBase2.
