Databases shouldn't be located in Cloud Folders

I have just upgraded from DEVONthink Personal 2 to DEVONthink 2 Pro and I have an immediate problem - as soon as I attempt to start DEVONthink it presents me with a log dialogue listing my databases (I was using the trial version of DEVONthink Pro) and advising me that “Databases shouldn’t be located in Cloud Folders”. Neither the Clear or the Save options work and I cannot close the Dialogue other than by quitting DEVONthink. Curiously none of my databases is in a cloud folder - I created these databases using the trial version.
Any ideas?

Are your databases in your Documents folder? That can be synchronised via iCloud and in that case will be a Cloud folder, though it doesn’t appear to be.
