In smart groups I can define a while-year date range by using “created is after or on 01.01.2019 00:00:00” AND “created is before or on 31.12.2019 23:59:59”.
Feature request: add a simple range, e.g. “created is during”, only requiring a year, e.g. “created is during 2019” would return the same results as the two above terms together do.
