Me, Iād start by reviewing the chapter in the āDEVONthink Manualā, āRepairing a Defective Databaseā (page 192 of the 3.9.6 version and in DEVONthinkās Help". No need to repeat all those things here. If issues remain, best to ask again here along with a summary of your version number DEVONthink, macOS version, info from log (if any), exact things you did, are files imported and/or indexed, etc. etc.
