Deleted Databases still shown as "remote" in Sync

Using latest DEVONthink 2.9.1 with DropBox as sync service.

In experimenting about how DEVONthink To Go works with “deleted” databases (see thread in that forum), I have a few databases that were set to sync (to test behaviour) and were deleted on all devices. They exist on no machine (iPad, iPhone, and 2 desktops) as open databases, nor files in the files system. Yet they still show up in the “Preferences/Sync” on Desktop, and in Locations in iPad/iPhone. I did the “refresh”.

How to remove them from the Sync list ?

Again, deleting a database does NOT delete them from Sync Locations (see my reply on your thread). The Sync Data is still on your Dropbox account.

In DEVONthink’s Preferences > Sync, right-click the Sync location and choose Clean Location to remove unwanted Sync Data. If you only want to remove a specific database from a location, right-click the database in the righthand pane and choose Clean Database.

thanks… I didn’t look past “Clean” menu option which didn’t occur to me meant “delete”. All well. thanks.

No problem.
