I have an archived web page in a DTPO database which I cannot figure out how to delete. The delete button in the menu is grayed out and right clicking shows no delete. What’s the secret?
I would speculate that you are trying to delete the document within a smart group, and DEVONthink adds an additional safeguard against accidental deletion in smart group lists. You can either reveal the document (Command-R) and delete it normally, or Option-Command-Delete will delete selected documents in a smart group.
