When I copy something to the main screen sidebar to put it into the DT3 inbox, it won’t appear until I open up the prior version of DevonThink Pro, and only then will it transfer over. Or I can keep the prior version open, and it will transfer to DT3 no problem. Fixes anyone?

You should not have DEVONthink 2 and 3 on the same account, on the same machine. At a minimum, delete the DEVONthink 2 application from the /Applications folder and reboot the machine.
