I noticed when importing email using devo office some of the from fields in devo are filled with the persons name rather than their e-mail address. Some senders are listed this way in the email application due the them being in your address book. Sometimes I use the actual email address to search for certain things like contacts from a particular company. I have tried to search the email address for these entries and it does not work if their name is used. Is there any way a preference can be added to importing so you can choose either the name or email address to be the from field? Or can the actual email address also be entered along with the name so either can be searched?
You should search for those in the URLs because the sender is stored there as well. The names in the mail “messages” themselves are links, clicking on them should open a new mail message in your favourite mail program.
