DEVONagent läßt sich nicht beenden

Hallo miteinander,
habe auf meinem MBP agent laufen. Beim Beenden fährt das App. nicht herunter. Ich muß dann das Symbol im Dock mit Rechtsklick anwählen und “sofort beenden”. Was liegt hier für ein Problem vor? Nutze 10.4.8

If you have accumulated a large cache file in DEVONagent it may take a while to clear the cache file if your preferences are set to empty the cache on quit. You can either change the preferences, or allow DEVONagent more time to clear the cache file.
