DEVONsphere apple mail indexing - 2022

I have installed DEVONsphere express from website v1.9.8 just 2 days ago and I don’t see it returning email as results so Im not sure if it is working for Apple mail.

I see in preference in category it shows messages/chat and count next to it but I don’t see any way to ensure that it does index emails.

Is there any specific ask from spotlight to make this application work? Is it possible to file bug to apple?

Apple has broken / changed things with Spotlight and Apple Mail. It’s unclear at this time whether it’s addressable or not.

Makes sense but I guess im also asking what needs to be mended for this application to work?
