DEVONthink 3.8: Custom JavaScript Breaks MathJAX

It appears that if a custom JavaScript file for Markdown is specified in the preferences, MathJAX rendering no longer works.

At first I thought the issue was related to my custom JavaScript, but even if my custom JavaScript file is empty, MathJAX rendering stops working. Any help you could provide would be greatly appriciated.

That’s a known bug. Your script is inserted without a closing tag, iirc. The DT guys know about that and I’m confident it will be fixed in the next release.
