DEVONthink 3 freezes (on launch)

Hi, DEVONthink 3 crashes (freezes). After launching I see the little window that looks for a new version but nothing happens (e.g. the progress bar doesn’t change).

Some weeks ago I reinstalled DEVONthink (for the first time ever) as it freezed (but I don’t remember if it was similar behaviour). Thought this time I ask.

Don’t have a license yet, but know I’v got more than 100 hours demo left (that’s what the “Buy now” button said yesterday).

It may be useful to mention what version of macOS you are using.

That’s true. Mojave (10.14.5)

A screenshot would be useful. Are all menu items disabled?

The spinning beach ball is missing couldn’t capture it. So yes, all items are disabled.

In the “DEVONthink 3” and “Hilfe” menus too?

Checked again, beach ball everywhere

Please launch Apple’s Activity Monitor application (see Applications > Utilities), choose the frozen DEVONthink 3 in the list of processes, select the menu item View > Sample Process and send the result to cgrunenberg - at - devon-technologies.com. Thanks in advance!
