As stated in the title; in the webserver, right click on the database, click on “New Group”, and follow the prompt to create a new group does not really create a new group.
Creating a new group in DEVONthink 3 does show up in the webserver though.
Which os and browser are you using?
Sorry for the late reply. I was using Safari, just tested it with Beta6, the problem still exist.
Also I still have to login using “Authenticate With HTTP”; the webform itself does not work.
Which version of macOS do you use? Is the server running on the same machine or a different one?
Thanks I can reproduce the error. An alternative is to select the database and press the + button on the toolbar and use the Create Group option.

Do you have a TLS Certificate enabled in Preferences > Server?
In order to use a secure login, at a minimum you must use one or create a self-signed certificate and use the DEVONthink Server option.
That work around does work, thank you. Hope this issue got addressed soon.
