Just upgraded from 3.9x to 4.1.1 today. Running MacOS 26 on iMac M1. The program seems to time out after 15 minutes or so when unattended. The computer does not go to sleep. Any suggestions?
What do you mean by “time out”? What is it that you see or do not see?
I open DEVONthink. Set a task such as email import via hot key. It starts the process and i see activity which projects time remaining 1 hour. I come back to computer in 15 minutes and find DEVONthink and Apple mail closed. No error message, nothing in log, no mail imported. I re-open DEVONthink and again no messages indicative of a crash.
In DEVONthink, hold the Option key and select Help > Report Bug.
