Devonthink 3 just installed an upgrade to itself, now on beta7. I can no longer see any windows or files , beyond the splash screen.
Have you seen this existing thread about the same issue? I appreciate it may not help you but thought it worth pointing out in case you missed it. There are some ideas mentioned in it which you could try.
