Devonthink database in my "documents" folder that is on iCloud

My Documents folder is on iCloud so that I can access it on my iMac and McBook. Testing DT, I try to create a DT db in “documents” folder. It seems it isn’t possible. Is it because it is on iCloud?
FYI: I have Desktop and Documents folder activated on my iCloud Options.

This is correct, databases can’t be located in cloud folders as this might corrupt them otherwise. You should synchronize the database instead via DEVONthink’s own synchronization, see Preferences > Sync.

So in order to use DT, I should uncheck desktop/Document in iCloud options … or put DT db in another folder… Then How could I access the content from different Apple Computer ?
