DEVONthink Global Inbox Vanished After Mac Crash

Sadly my global ‘Inbox’ database has vanished after i had to hard reset my Mac. All the other databases were ‘ejected’ and had to be manually re-opened and the global inbox was one of them.

I cannot find my global ‘Inbox’ database though.

Please help, thanks.

Never mind.

Restarted DEVONthink and there was the prompt to open up the global inbox again.

I suggest you open a Support Ticket at, as there may be several possibilities depending on the information you furnish.
