Devonthink language half German / half English while Mac is in Dutch

My standard Mac setting language is Dutch
Now when I open DevonThink Favorites/Globes/Open Databases is in English, while Smart Groups and Smart Rules are in German ??

How to change it all to English (or if possible Dutch)?

Default smart groups/rules (and likewise default settings in Preferences > Data etc.) are set up after launching DEVONthink for the first time, afterwards the name doesn’t change anymore but can be changed by the user.
