I’m curious about the changes to the RTF storage mechanism in the new version of DEVONthink Pro. I noticed that after revising and saving my documents, many of them doubled in size. I don’t care about the filesize, but that seemed like quite a change.

Are there any details that we can learn about this other than what’s been posted on the News page?

All current (and future) encodings (e.g. asian or eastern european ones) are now supported and linked text is indexed and therefore searchable. In addition, the storage is more robust.
