I’m evaluating DTP and it started crashing every single time I need to import from the scanner. It used to work fine and the scanner driver works fine. I was on the verge of purchasing, but this could be a deal breaker.
Please send a DEVONthink Pro Office crash report in a message to Support, including information about your Mac’s amount of RAM and the version of OS X installed. Which scanner are you using?
The crash report can be found in the Crash Report logs of the Console application (Applications > Utilities > Console.app) or at ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/.
