I activated devonthink server and checked the database sharing option.
Ich can reach the DT webfrontend and I can see the database. The search is working. Search results show documents.
But the folders are empty.
Any idea what to do ?
Which browser and which version of Mac OS X & DEVONthink do you use?
OS X 10.11 (El Capitan)
Chrome: Version 46.0.2490.71 (64-bit)
Safari: Version 9.0 (11601.1.56)
Firefox: 30.0
I can’t seem too reproduce the issue here. The most likely cause is that the browser has encountered an error, the easiest way to see what this is would be to:
- In Safari open the Preferences and select the Advanced tab. At the bottom there is an option “Show Develop menu in menu bar”, switch this on.
- Now load the web sharing and goto to where you are not seeing content
- Select the Safari menu Develop->Show Error Console
At the bottom screen you should see all the console message, if you filter by Errors and let us know the results.
You can now switch off the Develop menu in the Safari preferences.
I have the same problem and I depicted it in another group here (german), but my answers to the first reply were not posted!
I have the same issue with all browsers: Safari, Chrome, Firefox, IE
The Server is running on El Capitan 10.11.1 with Server 5.0.15 running webservices. Switching off the Webservice in Server doesn’t solve the problem either.
This is what I found:
CPInvalidArgumentException: initWithString: the string must be in YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS ±HHMM format
Same error here in my log!
Thanks for adding the log error message, I will look into what is causing the error.
One more addition, it seems to work on iPad
