To whom it may concern,
I am using Devonthink Pro Office and Devonthink To Go 2 (newest updates), but I have serious problems with syncing of my single database. When I start syncing with dropbox the process stops at approx. 50% of uploaded items with the following log message: The operation couldn’t be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error -1001.) Timeout. When I want to resume the synchronisation the file in dropbox is not updated anymore so there is no progress in the upload process. In preferences the database is designated as not yet synchronized.
As iCloud sync is not an provided option at the moment and bonjour sync also does not work (which may be a local network problem) I am stuck in this situation and would be happy for some advice. Thank you in advance.
