From those who have their registrations being “removed”: the file Console.log would be interesting (from the Files app > On My Device > DEVONthink). Best per DM or email.
Same thing happens on my iPhone and on my iPad. It shows as registered - then it “forgets” its registration after the next app start.

With the help of @nhueck we have a good hint on what the problem is. Expect it to be solved in 4.0.2.
I didn’t succeed either. It showed that there were five free seats, but logging in and out many times was of no use.
