I have a large database on Devonthink 3 on my Mac. The documents are sorted into Groups (not Smart Groups). I now wish to copy those documents and the group structure to my Ipad with Devonthink to Go 4. I am using a Bonjour sync. The documents downloaded to the Ipad, but the group structure did not. All of the documents ended up in a single Smart Group. What am I doing wrong? What do I need to do to download the documents, organized by the existing Group structure.
That seems unlikely. Perhaps you just need to get familiar with the interface?
A screenshot would help, that way we all have the same reference point.

Of what you’re seeing in DEVONthink To Go. We can’t tell what you’re looking at. (Where are you expecting to find the group structure? What single smart group are you talking about?)
But perhaps your support ticket is a better way to clear things up.
