If I instigate a search in DEVONthink Pro Office, the records returned will include those with metadata (e.g. Spotlight Comments) that includes a match with the search criteria, but that doesn’t seem to be the case with DEVONthink To Go. If I sync my database and then conduct a similar search on my iPad, DEVONthink To Go will not find the appropriate record. Even though I can both see and edit the record’s associated metadata, as far as the DTG Search is concerned, the metadata is either ignored or simply doesn’t exist.
Can anyone offer a workaround? I rely on my own notes for enhancing AI on the Mac, and this limitation is proving a real inconvenience on the iPad.
