DEVONthink To Go on my iPad Pro (iPadOS 13.3) stops responding – the interface freezes – when I select an html file saved in and synced from DEVONthink 3 on my Mac. I’ve tried with several different not particularly large such files. Sometimes, after a while, DEVONthink To Go manages to open the file, sometimes it crashes. Is this a known issue?

Crashes should be reported to our support ticket system.
In DEVONthink To Go, select Help > Contact Us to start a Support Ticket.
