I have linked my Logseq directory.
I have many references within Logseq that look like [1] in the Markdown
As a result [2] I get a lot of hexadecimal strings on top of the word cloud

I saw I could ask DT to exclude those strings. When I select “Exclude Word”, nothing happens.

Q1- Is there some step I missed?
Q2-Feature request: Could there be a “fast way”/configuration option that would allow to exclude string based on some logic?
---- Something like “only included strings in List” would be the easiest
---- Regexp …

No, there is no way to set up such automatic exclusions.

Addendum to below:
What I considered “moving-target” behavior actually is that I get the behavior when I select a sub-folder (logseq/pages)

My hierarchy is:
Logseq:

  • Main
    • assets
      • journals
    • logseq
    • pages

Hi,
Sorry but the issue seems to change.

Sorry, Journals is at the same level as assets, logseq, pages

  • Main
    – assets
    – journals
    – logseq
    – pages
