Disable Smart Rules

Hi,

It would be super helpful to be able to disable rules. I know that I can export/remove/import, but I am trying to diagnose an issue with OCR, and I’m wishing I could disable the smart rule that OCR’s incoming scans while I figure out what the problem is. Seems like a simple and useful feature.

The easiest way to do that at present (I think) is to edit the rule so that it’s performed only On Demand.
