The result of regular expressions can be only used in actions using strings, e.g. Change Name. Only the explicit scanning for dates would work but the prefix 1* seems to be too generic and therefore fails.

Is there a way to get the previous line Date in on the scan text > date action?
How does these two lines look like?
In this case just enter exactly this in the Scan Text > Date action:
Date
1*
You can enter a line break in the field by pressing Alt-Return.
