I need to move groups of emails from Entourage to DT. I tried selecting a bunch of emails and dragging and dropping, but only the first message gets moved over. What’s the best/easiest way to accomplish what I am trying to do?
If you are using DT Personal, you will be limited to essentially one message transfer at a time, either by drag & drop or by making an alias of the DT Personal application and moving it into the BootVolumeName/Library/PDF Services folder, then selecting Print for a selected Entourage message, clicking on the PDF button in the Print panel, then selecting the name of the DT alias.
If you are using DT Pro, you can transfer plain text of one or more selected messages using an included script. There’s also another script to capture entire Entourage mailboxes into DT Pro.
