Dropbox Sync Just Stopped Working?

I have been successfully using Dropbox to sync 5 databases between two Macs for quite awhile. No problems.

Today; I am on my desktop which is older and runs OS 10.7.5. (My laptop is running Mavericks)

I have the latest updates of DT Pro on both.

I added some new scans to 4 of the 5 Dbs. They synched when opening and once when closing, but then synching just failed. It runs without doing anything and when I cancelled it and started again, it just closes the Db and does not synch.

I “cleaned” the location of one Db and tried again. Nothing?

Is there a known problem that has come up?

I’ve had this happen a couple of times, too. I’m not sure whether it’s a Dropbox issue or something specific to DTP. When it happened to me, I was using a particularly slow internet connection, so maybe something is timing out too rapidly?

(Both my systems are new-ish and running Yosemite, so it’s unlikely to be specific to the OP’s environment.)

Thanks for the confirmation. I don’t think I have a problem with internet speed. I’m plugged directly into the router by ethernet.

But, I also do suspect now that it is a dropbox related issue.
