Dropbox syncing not working


I’ve been trying to connect Devonthink To Go to the sync files of Devonthink Pro Office via Dropbox with no luck.

I’ve set up a syncing location via the desktop app with an encryption key but when I enter this information on To Go, I get the message that the encryption key is not valid.

I’ve checked numerous times that I’ve entered the right database name and key, but I still get this error message. I’ve deleted the location from To Go and set it up again but no luck. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the sync location on the desktop app but I still get the same error message.

Should I start looking for alternatives?
