I have noticed that some “Droplets” included with the latest version of DEVONthink Pro Office are PowerPC applications, meaning they require Rosetta and will not run under Mac OS X 10.7 Lion. Specifically, these include “Import Droplet” and “Index Droplet.”
Are there updates for these Droplets, or is support being discontinued?

Just open them in ‘AppleScript Editor’ (/Applications/Utilities/AppleScript Editor.app) and save them (menu bar > File > Save as) in ‘File Format: Application’ (at the bottom bar of the save dialog you will see the file format).
I personally do not index files, I move them into DtPO. Instead of using the droplet or the sorter I keep an alias of the inbox (/Users/~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink Pro 2/Inbox) in one of my DragThing-docks (it could also be an alias on my desktop) and either I drop the files onto it or I call it up via LaunchBar to drop the files via LaunchBar to it. But as said, they get moved. Just as an idea.
As an alternative to the ‘Index Droplet’ you can hold down CMD + ALT while dragging files into DtPO, which will index the files.
