DT 3.5.2 - OCR - Some languages are suddenly unlicensed

I’ve applied the update to 3.5.2 and some of the languages I formerly used in OCR of documents are no longer licensed for OCR (see log entries below). I use Old English documents quite a bit and need this one.
Is this a known issue?

@BLUEFROG out of curiosity, how is the OCR default primary language determined in DEVONThink Pro upon first installation of DT Pro 3.6 on a Mac? What is the default primary language supposed to be? See Preferences -> OCR -> Primary Language.
