DT crashes when deleting files

Since updating to DT PE 1.9.2 I am unable to delete items from DT. When I try to delete I get a dialogue box asking if I want to delete, I click Yes and DT crashes. I get the following message in console.log

/Users/criss/Documents/Projekte/DevonKernel/Neuron.m:551: failed assertion `numberOfConnections(self)==0 && numberOfChilds(self)==0 && numberOfParents(self)==0’

Any thoughts or ideas?? I’ve optimzed, repaired, etc… but the problem still occurs.
