DT2 Pro Office License OCR Limit

Hi,

I’m a new user of DT2 Pro Office and finding it very useful. At the moment though, although I have licensed it I am still limited to 20 OCR scans a day. Can you help?

Please check the ‘About’ splash screen to confirm that DTPO2 recognized the license information. It will either display ‘Unregistered’ or show your name and the truncated license code.

To get to the ‘About’ screen, click on the application name in the menu bar and choose ‘About DEVONthink Pro’.

If the application is shown as registered, but still limits your scans, please send a message to Support.

Just restart the application, that should fix it.
