Still all the words of the word list are capitalized. That makes this feature quite useless for languages where capitalization distinguishes between different meanings. I wonder why you do it. For me this is a kind of a bug. I would like the words appearing in the same style like in the respective text(s).
The concordance is based on the index which is case-insensitive, meaning that the only alternatives would be lower or upper case and that’s probably not better.

That shifts the problem just to the index: Why is the index changes capitalization resp. no capitalization?

The index is case-insensitive, it contains each word only once independent of the case (probably like any search index).
