As the topic mentions, what criteria should be used in smart rule/group to filter all files with an annotation note attached in the side panel? Can’t use “URL is not empty” because the ways 2.n and 3.0 attach annotation note are different for users with a mixed portfolio (i.e. me) of old and new annotation notes, can’t use “PDF annotations” because all kinds of annotations are counted…

The condition “Item contains Annotation” should return them.
Thank you. It’s very hard to find a criteria that DT3 can’t handle… May have some more challenges in the next few days…
I hope the next update of help document will elaborate a bit more on (1) how and which elements can support negation operator, and (2) a more elaborate explanation to the list of available elements and conditions within the help session and the “?” button of smart rule/group dialogue box.
