DT4 - Dropbox sync

I have an issue with Dropbox sync. I get screen in safari for dropbox to allow DT4. When I click allow it then opens DT3. Closing DT4 I get a sync at bottom left of screen that runs for ever.

Do I need to removed DT3 from my PC?
How do I authorises DT4 to use dropbox sync store?

At a minimum, compress DEVONthink 3 in the /Applications folder to ZIP it up, then delete the application. Just the application. Then try authorizing Dropbox.

But you should also stop and consider this:

Thanks. I will try this and report back. FYI - I am on latest sonoma (resisting going to sequoia for a few more versions)

FYI - That has fixed it. Syncing now.

Edit: Makes sure Safari is not running when you delete the application or you get a message that background processes are running and it won’t delete it.
