DT4: Export Database-Archive failed

The export of one of my DT databases (“IT”) is failing with the error (see screenshot): “Überprüfung der Datenbank ist fehlgeschlagen (Database verification has failed)”

The commands “Check and Repair Database,” “Verify File Integrity,” and “Optimize Database” were executed in advance without any errors.

What can I do now?

What kind of database is this actually (regular, encrypted or audit-proof)? Does relaunching DEVONthink 4 make a difference? If not then please choose Help > Report Bug while pressing the Alt modifier key and send the result to cgrunenberg - at - devon-technologies.com - thanks!

The database is a regular database local saved on my Mac. It is synced via WebDav SyncStore. Relaunch of DT4 (and also reboot of the Mac) did not help. All other databases are working as expected.

Please try this:

  1. Quit DEVONthink
  2. Create a backup copy of the database in the Finder
  3. Launch DEVONthink again
  4. Open the affected database
  5. Use File > Rebuild Database

Does this fix the issue?

Yes, rebuild solved the problem. However, when the rebuild process starts I got the message:

The integrity check of the old database did not show any error. The export process only show the unspecified message in my first post.
