DT 4 doesn’t sync and shows error “Internet connection offline” (NSURLErrorDomain -1009) while DT 3 working (same machine, same settings) without problems.
Any thoughts?
The sync is actually identical in both versions. Do you use tools like LittleSnitch?
What sync method are you using? Have you confirmed that in fact the site to which you are syncing is indeed available? Perhaps do a ping test or something. Any firewalls or other apps interfering with the network connection? (Most likely not a DEVONthink issue, but DEVONthink passing on the error message from the network components of macOS).
This was useful, thank you. If the sync has not been changed, I need to check whether macOS treats DT4 differently than DT3. Maybe sophos or something. I’ll report back.
Sorry, beginner’s mistake. The app didn’t have permission to communicate with devices on the local network…
