Gotta brag a little. 
I’ve owned Devonthink Pro for years, but never really got to grips with it. After such a LONG time, I’m finally using the program to manage just about everything on my computer.
I finally just got too much stuff to control in any other other way, I think.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been indexing more and more folders in DTP. Previously I used Bento to manage files, but it just got too complex and fiddly. I’m thrilled with how much time and energy DTP is saving me.
A huge discovery for me this morning: DTP is a BRILLIANT image manager. I can browse all my images, no matter where they are (just got DTP to index the folders), and can actually find what I want – for me, DTP is much better than Adobe Bridge, FWIW.
I’ve finally made friends with the Sorter too – another huge time saver.
I’m kicking myself for waiting so long to really dig into the program.
