DTP crashed during update today, ABBYY download progress only half-complete

… and, so, I read through similar topics and saw that I could manually re-download using Devonthink 3 > Install Add-Ons.

I went there and saw that ABBYY FineReader OCR was checked and the Install button was blue—so I clicked it.

Then I looked in ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink 3/Abbyy and looked to see if I could find the 750 MB+ file whose long download was interrupted. Was it DTOCRHelper.app that I was looking for?

But it’s Created and Modified dates are April 20, 2022.

So do I need a direct link to download the latest version of [whatever it was related to ABBYY] that failed to download? Thanks.

We don’t provide a direct link to these resources. You could remove any extraneous downloads or the ABBYY folder and redownload it.
