DTPO 1.x to DTPO 2.0 upgrade.

I have DTP Office in the 1.x version. I would like to upgrade to 2.0, but I no longer need Office capabilities. What would the pricing be to move from DTP Office 1.x to DTP 2.0?

I don’t see that option on the upgrade menu, how would I go about doing this?
